Description: Frhed (free hex editor) is a small, fast and powerful binary file editor. Features include search and replace for any combination of binary and text data, file comparison, bit manipulation, customizable display colors and font size, ANSI or OEM character set, cut and paste, bookmarking and more. With Frhed you can also apply binary templates for structured information, load files partially (for working on huge programs), and export as hexdump to file or clipboard. Description: AutoIt v3 is an opensource BASIC-like scripting language designed for automating the Windows GUI. It uses a combination of simulated keystrokes, mouse movement and window/control manipulation in order to automate tasks in a way not possible or reliable with other languages (e.g. VBScript and SendKeys). NOTES: Unlike AutoIt v2, the new v3 language has a much more standard syntax -similar to VBScript and BASIC - and now supports complex expressions, user functions, looping and everything else that veteran scripters would expect.

Description: AutoHotkey has four primary features: 1) automating repetitive tasks by sending keystrokes and mouse clicks (you can write such macros by hand or use the macro recorder); 2) creating hotkeys for keyboard, mouse, joystick, and handheld remote controls (virtually any key, button, or combination can become a hotkey); 3) expanding abbreviations as you type them (for example, typing "btw" can automatically produce "by the way"); and 4) creating custom data entry forms, user interfaces, and menu bars. AutoHotkey's secondary features include changing soundcard settings (like volume or mute); using a joystick or keyboard as a mouse; remapping keys; launching programs/documents; making any window transparent, always-on-top, or altering its shape; manipulating the clipboard; customizing the tray menu's icon and menu items; displaying dialog boxes to interact with the user; running existing AutoIt v2 scripts; and converting any script into an EXE file that can be run on any computer. NOTES: abbreviation expansion and mouse button hotkeys require NT/2000/XP.

Description: Resource Hacker(TM) is a utility to view, modify, rename, add, delete and extract resources in 32bit Windows executables and resource files (*.res). It incorporates an internal resource script compiler and decompiler. Cursor, Icon, Bitmap, GIF, AVI, and JPG resource images can be viewed. WAV and MIDI audio resources can be played. Menus, Dialogs, MessageTables, StringTables, Accelerators, Delphi Forms, and VersionInfo resources can be viewed as decompiled resource scripts. Menus and Dialogs can also be viewed as they would appear in a running application. Resources can be saved as image files, as script files, as binary resource files, or as untyped binary files. Resources can be modified by replacing the resource with a resource located in another file or by using the internal resource script compiler. Dialog controls can also be visually moved and/or resized by clicking and dragging the respective dialog controls prior to recompiling with the internal compiler. Resources can be added to an application by copying them from external resource files.
